Last Friday around 5ish pm JJJ's Kate O'Toole interviewed me about our project: skateistan.

Hey Travis, We missed the hack on friday so I just listened in then - good interview. Eliza and Hannah have been wearing the t-shirts to school and have had a lot of interest from other kids about what you are doing with skatestan so the word is spreading on a local scale as well. All is well here, as usual. Keep up the good work.

this is the 2nd year of the HRAFF in Australia and I think that you & your students probably have some excellent submissions for this visual art part of the festival (deadline is 1st June).
The Human Rights Arts and Film Festival (HRAFF) is pleased to announce that we are calling for visual arts submissions! HRAFF is seeking submissions across all media from local and international visual artists whose work actively engages with issues of human rights.
For submission guidelines, please visit www.hraff.org.au or contact the curators, Romy Sedman and Andrea Bell at arts@hraff.org.au.
Submissions close 1st June 2008
